Refusal to refund

I ordered food worth R389.30. Upon the delivery drivers arrival, he realized that he actually delivered my food to another customer who had a different order. He went back to check the other customer who had already eaten the food. The driver said i should cancel the order which he ended up cancelling on my behalf. As it stands, Uber eats refuses to refund me my money even after explaining several times that it was their drivers fault and not my fault. This is the second time uber eats refuses to refund me. The first time was like w R100 and i let it go, this time its almost R400 and I want my money back. These people are a ****
