Refunded R1 for 2 missing meals

Part of my order was missing and I was told that they will refund me. But they only refunded R1. That's is so disappointing, I am so angry at UberEats. Every time when you want to chat to them, you are being connected to a computerized message app, if you call they are unavailable.
