Refund to be paid

I’ve ordered dinner using uber eats the delivery guy was chatting with me saying he’s outside, then went outside the guy was not in the location that location was 4 houses away from me then decided to wait outside for him the guy text me telling me he’s in engine garage of which is very far from me then when I was checking his movements was saying 2 minutes away from me then he never deliver my order then after few minutes was showing that it’s been delivered while I was supposed to give them code not they telling me that the driver followed the instructions while I didn’t receive my order I need refund.
