Refund that never made it to my account

On the 6th of December I ordered from Game store via UberEats. But my order was cancelled and I received an email from UberEats that said my money has been refunded to my account. Til this day I have not received the refund and I tried communicating with them, they told me they will look into my case and they came back and told me everything was done right on their side and they’re closing my case. How do they close my case when I have not received my refund? It’s almost a month but no refund. My husband is also experiencing the same problem and he was told to wait 72hours and his money will be in his account, 2 full weeks have passed but nothing.
