Refund still not in my account

I have ordered food online on the 11th Sep. Order never arrived and i was charged already. I wrote to UberEats to be refunded. I have checked my account after 5 days no refund today as well

Here is their response on the 11th (10 days ago) Hi Seipati,

We have looked into this for you, and can see that you have already been refunded ZAR117.15 for the entire order. This refunded amount should reflect back to your account within the next 3-5 business days.
