REFUND STATUS

I order food with my last cash but my food never arrived and when i got refunded i was told that the money will be back on my account in 3-10 working days and mind you its a Friday today, how are they expecting me to buy food again whether take away or something that i can cook for the whole weekend cause i had ordered enough food to last me the whole weekend. I am very dissappointed.
