REFUND REQUEST UBER EATS

I am utterly disgusted in uber eats they have claimed to have processed my refund on the 26/01/2023 today is the 16/.2/2022 and still nothing has come into my account.. they don't respond to my emails any more there is no phone number for them this is juz ridiculous i will not recommend them to anyone going forward and i will tell everyone I know about there pathetic service.
