Refund request

@UberEats Can I please get the refund of my 2 orders. ORDER 1 - showed completed on my side but the order never arrived, the app gave a code - how can an order be completed but I didn't give a code by JONATHAN. ORDER 2 - I cancelled immediately after ordered by mistake and now I am not eligible for refund! how

I have tried contacting support, I am not getting a response. Whole R410 in this economy, I am really hurt!

Someone please assist !!
