Refund request

Yesterday I placed an order from Petro's chicken with UberEats. The delivery took long firstly and on the app it said your order has arrived my partner and I quickly went out to find the delivery guys. As we are waiting I notice that it show that the guy is far from the address he is at Eco hotel instead of coming to the address which was provided 19 Amy street in Meredale. I tried contacting the driver 4 times but his phone kept on going go voice mail, I tried directing him but he didn't show up. I told him go wait at that address so we drove there and he was not there I paid R240 for an order that I did not receive and I tried contacting their customer support but they are not willing to help
