Refund refused when App malfunctioned

Ref Invoice GDAFFJHA-***, dated 29 May 2025, *** We live in Centurion, and when ordering all possible restaurants in our area comes up. I ordered from Burger King at 11:21 and after placing the order realized that order was routed to Burger King in Pretoria CBD?? I cancelled at 11:24 and was charged the full service fee! I am confident that no loss was incurred at the restaurant as they literally cannot prepare food this quickly when delivery was scheduled to arrive at around 13:10. I would have received stone cold food!!!! The point is that why did UBER route to this Burger King?? I feel this is their fault and not for me to bear the brunt and incur damages!!! I received a half-baked response from UBER that they are sorry, but unable to provide me with refund under these circumstances -as they have processes in place to review this type of feedback and for my understanding!! But I am still not receiving my refund that I am furious about!! I also cancelled by UBER-One subscription that I am most definitely no longer interested in if this is how they do business by *****ing client's money!!!
