Refund processing issues

I have recently had a very frustrating encounter with UberEats while it is usually quite convenient to use I have recently had a bad experience with regards to refund processing. I placed an order on the lst of march 2026 but the order was cancelled. When I checked in the app, it said that the refund will be processed within 3-10 days. I have waited 3-10 business days and still have not received my refund. I have tried to log a ticket with the app bot but have not had feedback. This is especially frustrating since I am essentially asking for my own money back for a product I had not received.
