Very disgusting and bad, i placed an order via Uber Eats at Steers in East London, and their number is ***. I have placed 1 order on the app and it double-deducted, the other one shows as i gift of R149. i have been requesting agents from Uber Eats at this number ***, requesting them to refund my money because I did not place an order gift. I have told they only assist mechandise and an agent fropped a call on me, i called 5 times. when an agent from steers call his being told that i need to log in the app and request refund, their app is a ******* it gives automates responses i speaking to a robot, i need my R149 refund back i do not want any food gift voucher, your service is very poor i have been waiting for a call from a relevant department from uber eats as from 10 before even my order arrived up until now no one contacted, sanundinyela i want my money
