Refund not received

<p>On the 14th of Feb this year I ordered using Uber Eats the food never arrived, I've been requesting a refund since then, but only received a refund on the delivery charge not the food, I was told to contact the Resturant and they advised me to contact Uber Eats which I've done on numerous occasions and my issue has still not been resolved, I have not been refunded. I then contacted my bank who advised me that Uber Eats debited my account not the resturant and Uber Eats would need to refund me, but still no joy.</p>
