Refund not processed

My food was not delivered (and uber eats claimed that they delivered), after I complained I was promised my refund and the matter was closed after 1 month and few days I still have not received my refund and when I tried to go back in the conversation they conversation is now closed and I can no longer complain about it. I think this is unfair because I feel that they just promised me the refund so that I can stop complaining. I am so disappointed with the service.
