Refund not processed

I made an order money was taken out of my account the order process began as normal then muchachos cancelled the order because they could not deliver and that's fine but now I'm out of pocket and I would like my refund actioned please ASAP. I cannot find the option on the app to request my refund and I would like it refunded back into my account and not uber credits
