Refund nightmare - Not satisfactory service

In November 2021 I order from McDonald's with Uber Eats and my order was cancelled. i never received the food and was charged R251.10 for it. I complained and on 08/02/2022 I received a mail stating that I would be refunded, the refund has been processed and should show in my original payment method which was my bank card. I was told this would take 3-10 days. I never received this refund. Complained again and was told that I will now not receive this because my order was done more than 24 hours ago. What kind of service is this????? I want my refund as I was told was processed or I want the money in my Uber Eats account!!! Now I am just being ignored and not receiving any feedback at all! Utmost disrespect for this "service"
