Refund nightmare

Ordered some liquor from Harleys Liquor CBD Cape Town for a bottle of Saint Claire's Sweet Rose Wine and a bottle of 750ml Jargermeister of which both totalled R400.90 and only the bottle of Saint Claire's wine was delivered to me and I tried contacting the help department but still wasn't refunded for my purchase, mind you the bottle delivered only costs R60.. I'm truly disappointed in this company and their lack of accountability. This business doesn't even deserve a 1star rating
