REFUND MY MONEY NOW!!!!!!

So I placed my order with Mochachoes Waterfall via Uber Eats. The food arrived late and i was cold. I sent the food back with the driver as (Grey is his name) he took ut back, but uber has charged me for a meal i did not receive. REFUND me my damn money so i can use another service to order my food. I did complain on the app but seems like im talking to a robot as they say they cant refund me. Bathong!!! I wasnt my money
