Refund my money back into my account

0n the 3rd of June 2025 Uber Eats did transaction from my bank account @ 12:56 and when I report this matter to their email they haven't responded neither taken action, I also went to their social media page and they keep sending me a link which fails to open. When I open the link and sign the complaint page it's taking me back to home page. All I ask for is for uber eats to refund my money back into my bank account as it should because I did not order any food neither went through their app to order meals.
