Refund my money

I ordered and specificallyasked the driver to contact me on the app and not via phone as i cannot answer my phone when at work, driver arrived and did not read notes and kept calling instead of messaging me on App as per my request, now i have been charged R176 for food not recieved and you refuse to refund me even after i left specific instruction. Please i want my money.
