Refund - missing order

I ordered from Mcdonald's from last night, I never had issues with them before, but last night their driver Blessings couldn't follow the directions. After telling him that he is in the wrong road and told him where he needs to be. He decided to not move and drop off my order on the road, 2 minutes after he left, we went to look for it and it wasn't there. After complaining. I was told by Uber that I am not eligible for a refund. When I have been in contact with the driver. I spend over R200 for it and to be told that I can't get my money back, it's utter bull****.
