Refund Issue

The inability to speak to a human being is extremely frustrating. Nando’s messed up our order, and Uber Eats promised an entire order refund. Days later I received R48 for an order of R240. Now, I keep messaging about this problem, and they regard it as a “new” complaint. Since it’s been longer than 48 hours, they can’t refund. I have an issue with the already agreed to refund!!!
