Refund Issue

I am appalled at the service received from the Ubereats help centre. I truly rely on Uber eats especially when I am at home. I placed an order on the 2nd of June 2024 which was subsequently canceled. I immediately placed another order as I had full confidence that I would receive a full refund. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by allowing the 10 to 14 working days advised on the sms sent to me. I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. I am also appalled at the help centre as they respond after days. I am utterly disappointed at the service as I impatiently wait for a refund which has put me on a financial strain.
