Refund isssue

After today will never ever use uber or uber eats. I ordered pizza at romans protea glen last month for R242.43, restaurant didn't have sone items on my pizza, and had to order for R176 and never got my change back to my card. Today i ordered same pizza at same place, R242.43 got deducted but the restaurant canceled my order. No refund, and saw notification saying i was not billed, but R242. 34 was taken from my bank account. It's hard to get assistance from customer service, no call center number available. I want my money bavk for last month, and today. I'm extremely unhappy.
