REFUND FROM UBEREATS

i have two orders from ubereats that never arrived, but I was charged for it. I gave the driver direction but still he switch of his phone,his name is admire. the first order i was told i will get it after 24hours but its been a month now demanding my money,iv sent texts but noone is responding and the same thig also happend today i dont even know if am gonna receive my refund
