Refund from ubereats

Hi I ordered food on the 24th September 2024 from Macdonalds the driver send me a message saying he cannot deliver my food to my house I should meet him somewhere I then told him I'm paying for my food to be delivered to my door step. He didn't want to deliver my food to my door step I got a message saying it was delivered but he didn't deliver it I think the Uber driver took my food for himself and I reported it on the ubereats app but didn't get a refund I've been reporting it and still nothing has happened I want a refund please
