Refund from Uber Eats

I ordered food on 27 April 2022 then after cancelled immediately then after I was not refunded I was told excuses on an email about why I can't be refunded. Driver didn't respond to any of my texts when I was texting him Uber eats support is not assisting even last month they did the same thing and told me I reported after 48hours they use tricks to subotage people and ***** them
