refund for food undelivered

on the 25 april 2025 i ordered food and i was charged from my bank card. the order took over 21 hours and eventually it was cancelled on the app but the funds was already taken from my bank acc. to date i have not received a refund but you guys took the money within seconds of ordering.

i tried to do the refund on my side. 1st the msg sad 5-7 business days thereafter i was told i cant request refund after 2 business days. whose fooling who?
