Hi there Hello Peter. On the 5th of December 2024 I made an online order on UberEats App. Immediately after making an order I realized that I have entered the wrong address. I then tried to contact the store with no success. I wanted to order with Silver Oaks Mc Donald's but mistakenly ordered with Mc Donald's Florida North.

I then called UberEats to tell them what happened. They've been promising to assist but till today no one assisted me. I have paid an amount of R233.35 for food I did not receive and was told that Kayongo delivered food.

Kindly assist
