Refund

I placed an order on the 4th of October at 150 pedros Florida road but till today it was never delivered n I didn't get a refund as well! On the ubereats app it says "refund adjustment-R283" yet my order was worth R312, including delivery fee of R15 and service fee for R14.. R283 on it own was for food I ordered....been waiting for that R283 till today ..I want my full refund! You guys are full of Nonsense with that Sbonelo Gift delivery guy of urz who wasn't even responding when I was asking if he's still coming or not
