Refund

I ordered at Roman's pizza new market using uber eats app but the order was cancelled and I did not get my refund the app says I was not charged.on my bank it says pending but they say they can not reverse the money uber eats must send me an authorisation letter so the can release the money it's been 8 days now still waiting
