Refund due

as Uber client i'm very disappointed at Uber eats - on the 31st of August 2024 i've placed an order via uber where i paid R93.30 however i have never received anything from Uber driver. when i logged a complaint with uber i was only refunded R18 i then sent another complaint to UberEats till date i have not been refunded the full amount only response i have received is "we are sorry and understand your frustration however we are closing off this query" i demand my full amount that i paid UberEats this is unacceptable i've never experienced such poor customer service, could this be Uber head quarters is miles away from South Africa? therefore we are not protected as Customers?
