Refund Disgrace

Order number 1: wrong food delivered. I reached out to let them know that the order was wrong. They decided to refund me, not because I asked.

Order 2: The food comes spilled out the packaging. Again, I sent them feedback for their own sake, to be able to improve their customer service. They chose to refund with our of their own volition.

Order 3: Delivery does not happen. The delivery is made to the wrong address. When I write to ask about it, they advise that they refuse to refund and the decision is final.

Truly disgraceful, short sighted and unprofessional.
