Refund

I ordered a meal on the 20/12/2019 and it never reached me the guy drove pass my work complex and then cancelled the order, i m yet to be refunded. i thought there was an automatic reversal when orders are cancelled by the driver. This is poor service, now i rather go get my food myself.
