Refund

I ordered food at kung-fu chicken grayston yesterday,it was a card transaction,so after money was taken from my account,I didn’t get any feedback from the app and then next thing it says my order has been delivered and I haven’t gotten any plus the delivery guy **** and said they called whilch I did not receive any call. now the app tells me that I was called and did not answer hence my order was cancelled and im not eligible for a refund
