REFUND!

I am disgusted at how your company failed to handle my refund request.

The lack of integrity is appalling. I made purchase on the 27 April 2025 for R303.90 and I never received my order.

According to the communication with your company, the driver made contact and even took a picture of where he delivered the order. I then requested proof of the “ call” made by driver and your company refuses to provide that, the image provided was not my residence , the poor quality of the pic shows this was made up! This is dishonesty at its highest level. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! This is intentional *****! I am going to take this up with the consumer ombudsman if this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction. R300 is a lot of money in this economy and I am not going to take this lying down!
