Refund

So their drivers did not deliver my order 3 times in a row I was only refunded for 2 of those orders then told "they are sorry I didn't like their decision and I must go rate the service" I need this to go further cause the service I receive from ubereats is disgusting each and every time if its not the driver it's the food.
