Refund

I purchased food from Chicken Licken Alex mall via Uber eats on the 23/12/24. Order was never delivered. Driver called and when I tried to answer he hang up. Called him back immediately and dude decided not to answer my calls. Logged a dispute via email and made a mistake by emailing Mr D instead of Uber eats. Only reliased when they responded and advised that I sent email to the wrong company. I then forwarded the same email to them/Uber eats and the response I received is that I logged call late after 48hrs.i was charged for a service I didn't get. I was charged R239 for food I did not receive. Soo their drivers don't deliver orders and Uber eats is ok with that?????
