Refund

I I ordered something from Uber eats I got one item from the five items I ordered I then was charged the full amount I was advised that they will reverse or refund because it’s still cleared this was done the very same I ordered. I was told this will be cleared I would only be charged for the items I got the full transaction was laying under my ankle transaction today when I check two days after when I check my transactions it shows the full amount was cleared and I’m told I won’t be refunded because I complained after two days which is just bull****
