Refund

Their drivers are so arrogant and don't understand simple english. I had to drive out of my house and meet the driver half way and still he went back with my order. When I lodged a complain, am being told that i will never receive a refund as their driver has arrived to my house and yet am the one who left his home to try and meet the driver half way. The nerve that their driver has and even said to me I can go ahead and block him.
