Refund and service a joke

My mcdonalds I ordered had 2 issues... The Mcflurry had no toppings, it was plain ice cream and I paid for extra toppings. The burger was the spicy and not classic and I was not able to eat it. After logging a complain I was refunded R7.50. ***. After querieng this they just ignored and kept telling me the issue is resolved. I am extremely angry and the support was pathetic.
