REFUND a x Respond to emails ND complaints

Ordered food on the 22nd of Aug and it was a cash payment - food was delivered and driver paid.

Ordered again on the 29th Aug and changed payment to card but instead of accepting the new order, they deducted the same amount of the previous order which was paid cash. I've been sending numerous emails and no response. I want my money back
