Refund

I ordered food on the 13th of October 2023 and I paid electronically, on the 27th of the same month , Uber Eats took the same amount without my consent. I wrote to them and they told me that they will investigate and provide feedback. What’s more strange about that order, Uber driver did not ask for my pin before giving me my food. I have to say that I am super disappointed in Uber Eats as it has been over a month without hearing from them.
