Refund

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement, I ordered on UberEats for collection order at McDonald's Midlands Mall on the 30th of November 2023 which I was refused collection when I arrived and the order was later charged on my account. I wrote to UberEats and they promised a refund in 10 working days which I gladly waited. After the time period I went back as no refund reflected on my account. I was told since I used PayPal it was actually 30 days for the refund. I was annoyed but because this could've been told to me the first-time. It been over the 30 day period no response from UberEats or a refund on my PayPal account. I'm really disappointed to say the least. I just want my refund and it has been nothing but a hassle and headache. The back and forth is really draining.
