Refund *****

Refund not honored. Only sent back actual food order an not the tip that was included at the order stage. When the refund request was made, the tip was instantly pushed through and was completely ignored by them. I did instantly query this with them and just got the automated garbage response back. after multiple times asking what the refund amount would be, the same response was just repeated and ticket gets closed. Now they just ignore with no reply for 2 days.

My initial message - Anything else we should know to help us understand what happened?: Destroyed the food, i told him take it, i am not eating this. Already did a refund request on this one, but the total is only 194.54 and seems to exclude the 38.91 tip

The automated reply - We’ve already issued you a refund for this order. You can see the refunded amount in your account within the next few business days. If you have any other concerns, let us know.

This loop kept on going and they will not acknowledge and amount if you query it. Seems like the only way would be to open up a case of ***** against them and discourage anyone from ever using this company that includes about 30% on each item you order anyways...

I would suggest anyone who ever added a tip in advance and had a refund request to check their bank statements to see if it ever was returned to them.
