Refund

On the 7th of December 2021 I ordered food from Nandos Eldoraign and my food was never delivered. An amount of R290 was deducted from my account and when I called Ubereats to ask about my refund, my call was picked by this rude consultant by the name of Ali who said that they never deducted money from my account but yet I have prove that they did and I never got my order. I am so disappointed and I will never use Ubereats again.
