Refund

Uber Eats has yet to refund me for an order placed on April 9 that was never delivered. Despite receiving an email on April 10 stating I’d be reimbursed within 3–10 business days, I’m disappointed to say that I have not received the refund (Order #087DE).

Additionally, their drivers often arrive without the proper documentation, forcing me to drive 5–10 minutes to the gate to collect an order that was supposed to be delivered to my doorstep. I should have learned my lesson the first time they showed up without the required paperwork to access the complex/estate.
