Reckless and Irresponsible Delivery - A Disappointing Experience

My recent experience with Ubereats was completely unacceptable. The delivery driver didn’t bother to contact me and instead dumped my order on top of the complex’s intercom on the street. This wasn’t just careless; it was reckless, especially considering there were clear instructions left by the person who placed the order for me. Leaving food unattended like that is irresponsible, and frankly, I would have preferred they take it back to the restaurant instead of abandoning it in an unsafe spot.

Given this level of service, I’ll be choosing to order from your competitor, MrD moving forward. This was beyond disappointing, and I won’t be risking another experience like this.
