Received an order I didn’t order and was billed

The app is glitchy and trying to get help on the app impossible, I tried to place an order twice and each time the app told me my order cannot be processed right now, so I cleared my basket and ordered the same thing from another restaurant, but yet both orders were delivered??? Tried to get help on the app, but it’s useless, some of the options the buttons don’t function. Uber needs to sort their app out its not user friendly
