Really upset and fed up!!

I ordered from Nandos via the app and made a cash payment however their driver said that I didn't make the payment 😒what's funny he gave me the food without his money how stupid is that?? Now I am stuck with a useless app and they failing to rectify this payment issue. I'm done with this app because this is not the 1st incident.
